About Us

Paul and Ali Thornley repair and restore from old 78rpm phonographs to  the modern CD jukeboxes but specialise in 45rpm machines. Paul, a qualified electrician gained his experience installing jukeboxes and sound systems in pubs and clubs up and down the country after leaving college in the early 1990's.

In the summer of 2000 Paul left the UK to work on the Carnival Cruise line in the casino as a technician and was quickly promoted to Slot Manager looking after some of the largest casinos on the seas. During a 5 year spell on the cruise ships Paul met Ali and in 2005 they decided to leave the ships and return to the UK.

In the autumn of 2005 Paul joined the team at Jukebox Services, and continued where he left off servicing and maintaining pub and club jukebox and sound systems. During this time Paul got more and more involved in home repairs on vintage jukeboxes and in 2008 started Jukebox Repairs.
